Amy Mew
(She/Her)

Amy Mew is a Reiki Master attuned in the jungles of Costa Rica. She offers a grounded, heart-centered approach to energy healing and also teaches Yin Yoga, creating spaces for stillness, presence, and renewal. After years in the fast-paced tech world, Amy felt called into the healing and wellness space, choosing to follow her intuition toward a path of deeper connection and service. Her time in Costa Rica awakened a profound trust in the body’s innate wisdom, inspiring her to share Reiki as a practice of balance and restoration. She offers one-on-one Reiki sessions both in person and remotely, and gives back by volunteering Reiki at St. Charles Cancer Center, where she supports patients with gentle energy work along their healing journeys. Her philosophy is simple: when you slow down and allow yourself to receive, healing begins.

Amy is available for Reiki Energy Work by appointment.

Joshua Holmbo
(He/Him)

Hi, my name is Josh! I grew up in Central Oregon and studied massage therapy at Sage School of Massage & Esthetics in Bend. My training focused on Swedish massage (relaxation) and deep tissue massage (therapeutic treatment). I also work at a chiropractor's office, where I specialize in deep tissue massage, giving me extensive hands-on experience. However, I also enjoy switching things up with a relaxing Swedish massage. Working with clients who practice yoga has inspired me to explore yoga myself, which ultimately led me to work at Namaspa. I find that people in the yoga community bring such great energy, and I truly enjoy being part of that atmosphere. As part of my massage practice, I offer clients a polished crystal—though I often just call them "rocks"—as a small, meaningful touch to their experience.

Josh is available for massages by appointment on Sunday's.

Lauren Davey
(She/Her)

Lauren has been a full time energy worker, sound healer, yoga and meditation teacher since 2013. She recieved her Reiki attunements through the Acupuncture and Healing Arts Center in Utah and channels reiki through her hands and healing instruments. She is a classically trained musician and grew up playing string instruments like violin and cello. She then learned to translate her musical talents into her healing modalities using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and drums in her sessions. Lauren is clairsentient, meaning she can intuitively connect with the spiritual or energetic realm through sensations and vibrations. She has refined and developed this tool with medium mentorship, 3 levels of Holy Fire Reiki Training, and Mia Magic's Witch School. When she's not in studio, she's probably enjoying time with her husband, daughter, and dog in Central Oregon's great outdoors.

Lauren is available for Sound Healing Sessions by appointment.

Kristi Kasko
(She/Her)

Kristi's education and passion for massage therapy and the healing arts began in 1998, when she became a certified massage therapist upon completing her training at Starfire Massage School & Healing Center in Missoula, Montana. Her practice includes various spa, clinical, and private practice settings both here in the States & in Europe during her 13 years living overseas. Kristi's sessions integrate Swedish flow, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai, Neuromuscular Therapy, & Acupressure with a deep energetic component. She is certified in Aromatherapy & enjoys offering Pre-natal massage as well. In Hungary, Kristi also studied Core Energetic & Spiritual Body Clearing. She also offers energetic healing sessions focused on clearing the energetic bodies, chakra balancing, auric cleansing, combined with Reiki. Kristi's massage: She offers the client an experience that is individualized, sensitive, adaptive in technique crossing modalities tailoring to the need, nurturing but powerful and with flow. Her sessions are focused on leaving the client more deeply connected with themselves, more at home in their body, enjoying less restrictive pain free movement. Kristi says, " I have the ability to give a very deep massage while maintaining a very fluid and nurturing touch. Massage asks me to bring my full presence and awareness with another in the moment, listen, & respond. My goal is to help the body remember its healthful state, to be a facilitator of the healing process. I am so grateful to be doing this work!" In her free time, Kristi enjoys the outdoors, time with her family, hiking and kayaking, the world of dance as a performer, music and rhythm.

Kristi is available for massage by appointment Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. You can schedule with Kristi by Calling or Texting.

Patrick-BodyWorks.jpg
Patrick Kincart
(He/Him)

Patrick has 25+ years of experience, and specializes in Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). AIS is a muscle stretching and strengthening technique that allows for a gradual, gentle stretch of the specific muscles to maximize its length, flexibility and power. Also known as the Mattes Method, AIS was developed some 40 years ago by Aaron Mattes, a Florida kinesiologist. This technique restores the greatest level of function to the muscles, tendons, vertebrae, ligaments, and joints. One of its most important benefits is that AIS promotes stronger superficial and deep muscle fascial structures, which can create greater overall power through increased flexibility and strength. AIS has been described, as “assisted therapeutic stretching,” since the trained practitioner coaches the patient to more effectively and gently stretch a muscle that he or she may have thought was inflexible. Once learned, these stretching skills can be used by the patient to stretch daily at home. Patrick specializes in helping people rehab injuries, and can bill auto insurance.

Patrick is available for Active Stretch & Massage throughout the week by appointment. You can schedule with Patrick by Calling or Texting.
