& Yoga Teachers
Suzie Newcome & Lauren Davey

We will share a daily theme and journal prompts inspired by yogic philosophy.
Suzie is the founder of Namaspa and Lauren is one of the senior teachers. Together they have combined 30+ years of yoga teaching experience and have held 50+ retreats between the 2 of them, domestically and all over the world. Lauren (left) and Suzie (right) are pictured here teaching yoga on the roof of a Bangkok Skyscraper at the Namaspa Thailand Yoga Adventure Retreat in 2024.
Besides Suzie & Lauren, we will have a local expert called our CEO (Chief Experience Officer), who speaks the local language and has all the insider knowledge we need to travel with more ease. This person is invaluably helpful at answering questions and making recommendations.
