Return to the Heart:
A Namaspa Retreat
at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
In 2018, Namaspa led its first international yoga retreat in Guatemala, and now it’s time to return to the heart of the Mayan world. Join us for an all-inclusive week on Lake Atitlán filled with yoga, adventure, culture, connection, and plenty of time to simply be. Come move, explore, breathe, and experience the magic of Guatemala with us.

Adventure Meets Ease
This retreat is designed to balance meaningful adventure with plenty of space to slow down and enjoy where you are. Days may begin with yoga overlooking Lake Atitlán and unfold into paddleboarding, hiking, exploring local villages, a cacao ceremony, connecting with the Mayan community, or simply relaxing by the infinity pool. Along the way, we’ll share nourishing meals, experience the culture and beauty of Guatemala, and leave room for the spontaneous moments that make a retreat unforgettable. Come ready to move, explore, connect, rest, and experience it all.
