Did you know it takes 40 Days to imbed a new habit, or break an old one? The 40 Days to Health & Vitality will help you create lasting change for rest of the year through developing healthy habits, including yoga practice, meditation, reflection and food choices. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary, and beginners are welcome!

WEEKLY MEETINGS: Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:15pm

Every meeting we will gather for a 75 minute holistic coaching session learning about balancing the body, mind and spirit using accessible tools that cultivate an interconnectedness between ourselves, others and the world around us. We will be discussing the ancient teachings of yoga from a book. The book is recommended but not required to get full benefit from the program. We also recommended that participants attend all of the meetings to access the maximum benefit of this transformational program. Recordings are available if you miss a meeting.
