40 Days to Health & Vitality
Did you know it takes 40 Days to imbed a new habit, or break an old one? The 40 Days to Health & Vitality will help you create lasting change for rest of the year through developing healthy habits, including yoga practice, meditation, reflection and food choices. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary, and beginners are welcome!
Our next program begins February 2024 with options to join us in studio and online!
WEEKLY MEETINGS: Tuesdays 7-8:15pm
Every meeting we will gather for a 75 minute holistic coaching session learning about balancing the body, mind and spirit using accessible tools that cultivate an interconnectedness between ourselves, others and the world around us. We will be discussing the ancient teachings of yoga and the Chakras, using Anodea Judith book Wheel's of Life. The book is recommended but not required to get full benefit from the program. We also recommended that participants attend all of the meetings to access the maximum benefit of this transformational program. Recordings are available if you miss a meeting.
Investment: $50 plus the cost of your yoga pass & the book
BONUS: Attend all 7 meetings and come to an AVERAGE of Namaspa yoga 4 classes per week (In-Studio or Livestream) and we'll give you a credit for $50 toward your next yoga pass.
