Take a guided tour of the royal city of Bhaktapur, and the Bodhnath Stupa. Visit the G Adventures-supported Sisterhood of Survivors Project. Meet the women from the project and learn how to make Nepalese momos (dumplings) before enjoying an authentic local lunch.

Today, you will depart for nearby Pharping, known for its Buddhist pilgrimage sites, and settle into a tranquil monastery guesthouse for the night. Get an insider’s view of monastery life, and enjoy a chanting and prayer service; or opt to take a walk in the monastery’s peaceful grounds.

Enjoy the day relaxing in peaceful Pharping.

Travel to this UNESCO World Heritage Site and enjoy an overnight homestay with the indigenous Tharu community. Experience their culture through dance and song, along with a traditional meal. Opt to go on a cycling excursion through the area.

*Should I bring a yoga mat?
Yes. Please bring your own block for modifications and Yin practices. We will try to have mat and block rentals available in Nepal for a reasonable fee.
*How many people will be on the trip?
Our target is 12
*Is transportation from the airport included?
Arriving transport is included but not departing.
*Will be be sharing a room?
Yes, you will have a roommate with someone of the same gender. All private rooms have already been allocated.
*Do we have a special deal on flights?
No, flight arrangements are up to each individual.
