Additional Classes

These additional classes are offered by independent teachers at Namaspa. Reserve your spot directly with the facilitator to join.  Namaspa memberships do not apply to these classes.

Hatha Yoga

Every Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday
9:30-10:30 AM 

Hatha is translated as Ha meaning “sun” tha meaning “moon” and refers to balancing the energies of the body.A moderately-paced flowing sequence of sun salutations, standing postures and focus areas with an emphasis on healthy alignment to strengthen and balance the body through range of motion and yoga asana (postures). The focus on alignment and stability support each practitioner in embodied awareness and promote healthy movement patterns for yoga asana and for every day life. Will include a variety of posture and mantra, pranayama and mudra.

Easy movement in coordination with breath, infused with Eden Energy Medicine techniques to balance your systems of energy to bring radiance and homeostasis back into your body and spirit. Taught at room temperature.

Pelvic Floor Yoga

Every 2nd Wednesday of the Month
9:30-10:30 AM 

Connect with your core and pelvic floor in a gentle, non-intimidating, all-levels yoga class, on the special date of 1/11! 😊 We will meet in the upstairs "Lite" studio at Namaspa for an hour-long yoga practice focusing on a combination of pelvic floor awareness, strength, and relaxation. After yoga, you're welcome to stay for pelvic health-related Q&A. I have the studio reserved until 11 a.m. so that we can chat! Expect nothing formal, and EVERYTHING transformative. ✨ All genders, and all ages, are welcome. 🙏 Bring a yoga mat and blocks if you have them. This is a recurring class now being offered on the second Wednesday of every month. Bring a friend! It's a donation-based class ($5-20 recommended), and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
