Hi, my name is Ulla, I have have more than 28 years experience as a yoga teacher. I am known for my ability to make yoga accessible and fun for all ages and abilities. I welcome you exactly they way you are and look forward to providing you with a sustainable yoga practice that will serve you for many years to come. When I am not teaching yoga, I am a real estate advisor with Cascade Hasson Sotheby's (have been in love with houses, especially historical homes, since I was a little girl). We might take a teaching moment, or two, during class to refine poses. Thursdays & Sundays Hatha Yoga All Levels Welcome, this is a non flow class where we explore alternative transitions between poses, rather than the more usual chatturanga, up-dog, down-dog sequence. I like to describe this class as very accessible but not necessarily easy. Please give this class a try. We keep it light hearted, laugh a lot, and there is a great sense of camaraderie in the yoga room.
