Namaspa 500h YTT
The Namaspa 500H teaching program is currently underway. This program is for teachers who already have their 200H Certification through Yoga Alliance, and are looking to learn or deepen their experience of Baptiste Methodology. Upcoming classes that are available for drop-in and qualify for hours under the 500H program are:
- Intro to Ayurveda, Saturday, December 3, 1-5pm
- Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Saturday, December 17, 9am-4pm, $85 (or $70 if paid by 12/1)
