Join us for a two part workshop on Saturday May 26th 1:00 - 5:00. We will begin by diving into an introduction of the wisdom and knowledge of the ancient practice of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a sister science to the more widely known science of Yoga.  Ayurveda literally means "the knowledge of life".  It is a holistic health care system which incorporates the use of every aspect of life in order to assist our bodies in finding the way into our own individual balance.  When we find balance, we find health. 

 We will then learn how our environment affects us through our five senses, and how elements in our work and living spaces can either cause disorganization and lack of focus, or create a sense of harmony and Well-being. Discover how to change your living spaces to affect powerful transformation in your life utilizing the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and Feng Shui.
