NAMASPA LITE classes are at lower temperatures and a slower pace, for anyone looking to take it easy, build confidence & restore the body.  These classes are all a compliment to our Baptiste Power Vinyasa classes and can be taken as a preparation, as a day to restore, or as a regular practice.
